Refund/Return Policy

The National Personal Training Institute will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase. All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. You must have the original receipt for the items purchased from N.P.T.I. Non-Returnable items include: Manuals, publications, opened computer software, DVD’S and CD’S. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Prices and information is subject to change as time passes. Our online store and web site contain the most up-to-date products and prices.
